By far the worst thing about Alabama is the weird cult-like following of their collegiate sports teams. “Roll tide,” or whatever. It seems like the entirety of the state is so stuck in their college years and can’t get away from it. In fact, their Greek life culture is by far one of the most intense of any state in the country. It all traces back to that weird fascination with college years and reliving their youth. During sorority rush, even the families and moms get involved to get their kids into a good house. They’ll have to move on eventually!
